Sobe Innovative Rehab in Titusville, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled geriatric therapy during home visits. This PRN role offers flexibility to choose assignments that fit your schedule while delivering high-quality care to residents in Assisted Living Facilities.

You will work under a plan of care, help improve mobility and independence, communicate with physicians and families, and complete timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have Florida PTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
