Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality geriatric therapy during home visits in Pompano Beach, FL.

The PRN role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy in clinical decisions, and the opportunity to help residents age in place while maintaining independence.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled PT exercises under the plan of care, documenting thoroughly, and collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
