Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy in home/ALF visits in Tequesta, FL. This PRN role offers flexibility to select visits that fit your schedule and competitive per-visit pay.

Provide skilled treatments under the plan of care, help residents maintain mobility, and document accurately. Florida PTA license and associate degree are required.

Qualifications

• PTA must have Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
