Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide geriatric therapy on a PRN basis in Melbourne, FL. This role involves home and ALF visits, delivering treatments under a plan of care and collaborating with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds an AAS in PTA, an active Florida PTA license, and values flexible scheduling with opportunities to impact residents’ independence and aging in place.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
