Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN home and ALF visits in Orlando, FL. You will deliver skilled geriatric therapy under a plan of care to help residents maintain independence and age in place.

Responsibilities include providing treatments, documenting sessions accurately, communicating with physicians and families, and coordinating with the care team. A Florida PTA license and an associate degree are required; two years of experience is preferred.

• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
