Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide geriatric therapy during Home/ALF visits in Melbourne, FL. This PRN role focuses on helping residents maintain independence and age in place, with autonomy to select visits that fit your schedule.

Compensation is per 4-unit visit ($65) or Part B-5 units ($50). The role offers clinical autonomy, collaborative team support, and transparent payment reporting, with opportunities to work with diverse geriatric

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.

Education
