Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy in Jensen Beach, FL. This PRN role supports Assisted Living Facilities with patient-focused treatments under a plan of care.

You’ll help residents improve mobility and independence, communicate with physicians and families, and complete timely documentation. PRN visits offer schedule flexibility and autonomy while serving a stable geriatric population.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
