Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality geriatric care in Home/ALF visits around Jupiter, FL. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work autonomously within a collaborative team.

As part of our outpatient therapy-at-home services, you will implement the plan of care, support mobility and independence, document accurately, and communicate with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
• Complete accurate, timely documentation

Education
