Job summary
Greenville Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work PRN under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will help improve residents’ mobility and quality of life in a rehab-focused, team-oriented setting in Greenville, SC.
Qualified applicants are licensed PTAs in South Carolina with strong communication and compassion. We offer flexible PRN scheduling, reliable hours, and opportunities to grow into full-time or long-term roles within a large SC
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
- Active PTA license in South Carolina.
- Maintain continuing education and good standing with State Board.
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Carry out treatment plans prescribed by the physician and therapist.
- Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes.
- Assist with rehab and patient care conferences.
- Monitor and report patient progress and changes.
- Educate residents, families and staff on therapy programs and post-discharge care.
- Assist with training of Restorative Aides.
