Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering high-quality therapy to residents to improve mobility, strength, and independence.

This PRN position offers flexible scheduling, evenings and weekends options, and opportunities across our Upstate facilities, with a collaborative rehab team and a commitment to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina PTA license required.
• Continuing education to maintain licensure.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established therapy plans
• Assist residents with exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support a positive, safe, and organized therapy environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes
