Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN (as-needed) coverage. The PTA will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength and independence.

The role offers flexible scheduling, reliable hours, and opportunities to grow into full-time roles within SC’s largest post-acute network. A collaborative rehab team environment awaits and aligns with our focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required).
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to established treatment plans.
• Assist residents with exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support interdisciplinary care team collaboration; ensure a safe therapy environment.
