Job summary

Rancho Bellagio Post Acute in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and the chance to help residents regain mobility and independence.

You will evaluate residents, design individualized plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery and quality of life. PRN status with opportunities for ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab team members
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and progress
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Promote the highest standards of patient care and outcomes
