Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with therapy programs as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Support residents in achieving functional and mobility goals.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress.
• Provide encouragement, education, and compassionate care during therapy sessions.
