Job summary

Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated therapy team. This role supports residents’ mobility and independence under supervision and emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care.

The PTA must hold an active California license, have an PTA degree, and bring strong communication and teamwork to our interdisciplinary team in a per diem capacity.

Qualifications

• Current, active California PTA license.
• Associate’s degree from PTA program.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with therapy programs as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Support residents in achieving functional and mobility goals.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress.
• Provide encouragement, education, and compassionate care during therapy sessions.
