Responsibilities include managing phone calls, collecting co-pays, updating records in the EMR, and acting as a liaison between patients and medical staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred healthcare experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Verify patient information and collect insurance details.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments; manage no-show reminders.
• Answer phones and route calls to the right staff.
• Collect co-pays and balance daily payments.
• Maintain a clean front desk and waiting area.
• Enter patient data into the EMR and support the care team.
• Collaborate as part of the Patient-Centered Medical Home team.
