Job summary

BrightStar Care in Ennis, TX is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one home health OT services across the Ennis area. Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patients' homes.
• Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and ADLs/IADLs in home setting.
• Develop and adjust individualized OT treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve independence, safety, mobility, and quality of life.
• Document visits per regulatory requirements and communicate with care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies and exercises.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications when appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
