Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted OT license in Texas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities related to daily living activities (ADLs).
• Develop individualized OT treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve independence, safety, mobility, and quality of life.
• Assist patients with ADLs and IADLs.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies and exercises.
• Monitor progress and modify plans as needed.
• Document visits per clinical and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with physicians and the care team.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered home-based care.
• Accept visits based on availability and patient need.
