Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Burbank, CA is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to deliver truly patient-centered care in clients' homes and communities, with PRN positions available.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans and employ creative, evidence-based activities to address functional goals in neurological and complex ortho diagnoses in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
• Areas of responsibility include providing treatment in patients' homes and communities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
