Job summary

Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Home & Community Neuro Rehabilitation team in Hollywood, FL. You will provide individualized rehabilitation in patients' homes and communities, supporting independence and confidence in real-world settings.

Join an interdisciplinary team delivering focused, one-on-one care with flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment.
• Confers with Physical Therapist regularly regarding patient's plan of treatment and progress.
• Assists with cleaning and maintenance of equipment and department areas.
• Reports equipment problems to ensure proper function.
• Communicates patient needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record and helps obtain adaptive equipment.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation in required formats and timelines.
• Adheres to Code of Conduct, policies, HIPAA, and professional standards.
• Attends and participates in internal staff development and CE activities.
