Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed COTA to deliver skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes in Boca Raton, FL 33434. This PRN position supports older adults to maintain independence and safety, with flexible assignments and collaborative clinical support.

Responsibilities include home-based therapy under a plan of care, documentation, and communication with the care team. Florida COTA license required; associates degree in OTA is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Florida COTA license active and in good standing.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach to geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and provide appropriate equipment and adaptive devices.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home.
