Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver skilled OT services in patients' homes in Poinciana, FL. This PRN role supports older adults to maintain independence and safety at home.

You will work under an established plan of care, collaborate with physicians and families, and document progress. Flexible assignments fit your availability, with competitive compensation and clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and safety
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment equipment and adaptive devices as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home
