Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient occupational therapy services in an assisted living facility in Boca Raton, FL. The PRN role offers flexibility and competitive compensation while supporting older adults in maintaining independence.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in OTA, is licensed in Florida, and has an interest in geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA in Florida
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required)
• Outpatient occupational therapy experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Improve patients' functional independence through therapeutic interventions
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices
