Job summary

ALL 4 U LLC in Savannah, TN seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for flexible PRN shifts supporting individuals at home and in the community. You’ll assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and transport, while providing companionship and safety.

Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred), compassionate demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to follow care plans. A background check and valid driver's license are required or encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable and respectful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends or holidays when available.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Negative TB skin test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting as needed.
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation safely.
• Encourage independence and daily living skills development.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
• Follow individual service plans and client instructions.
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior to the team.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and supervisors.
• Protect clients' rights, privacy and confidentiality.
