ALL 4 U, LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for a PRN role in Springville, Tennessee. Position Overview

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. This PRN (as-needed) position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work opportunities while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

DSPs provide direct support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities. The role focuses on helping clients maintain independence, participate in their communities, develop daily living skills, and enjoy a safe and fulfilling quality of life.

The successful candidate will provide person-centered support based on each client's individual needs and care plan. This role requires compassion, patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and assistance with daily living activities based on each client's individual needs.
• Encourage and support clients in developing and maintaining independence and life skills.
• Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities as required.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation while maintaining safety.
• Accompany and support clients during community activities, appointments, errands, and recreational outings.
• Encourage participation in meaningful activities and promote community involvement.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other household tasks as needed.
• Follow individual service plans, agency policies, and client-specific instructions.
• Observe and report changes in the client's health, behavior, or overall condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain respectful and professional communication with clients, families, supervisors, and other members of the care team.
• Protect the client's privacy, dignity, rights, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiving, DSP, personal care, or direct support experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and respectful.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow client-specific instructions and service plans.
• Ability to work a flexible, as-needed schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays when available.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Negative TB Skin Test clearance.
• Ability and willingness to work with individuals from different backgrounds, abilities, and needs.
