ALL 4 U, LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for a PRN role in Springville, Tennessee. You will provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities, helping them maintain independence and participate in their communities.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, accompanying clients to appointments and community activities, and documenting any changes per care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Caregiving/DSP experience preferred but not required.
• Background check clearance required.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• TB test clearance.
• Ability to work flexible as-needed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with daily living activities.
• Encourage independence and life skills development.
• Assist with personal care needs.
• Support mobility and transfers safely.
• Accompany clients to community activities.
• Encourage meaningful activities and community involvement.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Follow care plans and agency policies.
• Observe changes and report to supervisor.
• Maintain professional communication with care team.
