Job summary

ALL 4 U, LLC in Springville, TN is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for PRN assignments at clients' homes. You will support individuals with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities to maintain independence and participate in their communities.

Candidates should be reliable, patient, and capable of following individualized care plans, with strong communication and the ability to work independently. A high school diploma and background check are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or direct support is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow client-specific plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily living support based on each client's needs.
• Encourage independence and life skills development.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Accompany clients to community activities, appointments, and errands.
• Encourage participation in meaningful activities and community involvement.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light household tasks and meal preparation as needed.
• Follow individual care plans and agency policies.
• Observe and report changes in health or condition to supervisor.
• Maintain respectful communication with clients, families, and care team.
• Protect client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
