Job summary

ALL 4 U LLC in Savannah, TN seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for flexible PRN shifts supporting individuals at home and in the community. You’ll assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and transport, while providing companionship and safety.

Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred), compassionate demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to follow care plans. A background check and valid driver's license are required or encouraged.

Qualifications

• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
• Follow individual service plans and client instructions.
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as needed.
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation while maintaining safety.
• Encourage independence and help clients develop and maintain daily living skills.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, community activities, and recreational outings.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
