Job summary

Robinson Rehab & Nursing in Illinois is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in a PRN or Part-Time capacity. You will help deliver personalized, hands-on treatment plans that support each resident's unique physical, cognitive, and functional goals.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in the state.
• Strong verbal and written communication to advocate for patients.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Restore Independence: Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' motor skills, daily living activities, and functional abilities.
• Educate & Support: Guide and train patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and progress.
• Evaluate & Document: Assist with ongoing assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation of each resident's progress.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, effective care.
