Job summary

Oak Village Healthcare in Oaktown, IN is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver flexible therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. You will work under an Occupational Therapist to support residents’ independence and daily functioning.

Responsibilities include conducting screenings, implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with the care team to tailor interventions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current Indiana COTA licensure required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Commitment to ongoing education and licensure maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments following standards and facility policies.
• Conduct resident screenings to assess need for intervention or treatment.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions promoting independence, mobility and daily participation.
• Document progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team.
