Job summary

Siloam Springs Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. Under OT supervision, you will deliver high-quality therapy services to support residents’ independence and progress toward goals in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The role offers flexible PRN scheduling, a collaborative setting with experienced therapists, and competitive compensation. Prior SNF or geriatric experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an Accredited OTA program.
• Current COTA license in Arkansas.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic treatments according to the occupational therapy plan of care.
• Assist in evaluating patients’ functional abilities and progress.
• Document daily treatment notes and communicate patient status to the therapy team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure treatments are compliant with all state and federal regulations.
