Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab in Inverness, FL is seeking a licensed COTA to deliver skilled occupational therapy in patients' homes. The PRN role supports aging adults to maintain independence and safety through personalized treatment plans.

You will collaborate with physicians and families, document accurately, and choose appropriate adaptive devices. Requires Florida COTA license; two years of experience preferred; compassionate, communicative, organized.

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA license is required.
• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under established plan of care.
• Implement interventions to improve functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and provide appropriate equipment and adaptive devices.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home safety and independence.
