Job summary

Pasadena Villa is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support residents across day, swing, and overnight shifts in Sevierville, TN. You will assist with daily activities, monitor safety, and help maintain a therapeutic milieu within the facility.

The role involves documenting care, coordinating with clinical staff, and supporting admissions and transitions for new residents. A background in behavioral healthcare and CPI‑style intervention skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client rounding and safety checks according to clinical criteria.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities within the milieu and group settings.
• Prompt ADLs and maintain room hygiene; supervise meals and mealtime structure.
• Document services, incident reports, and shift reports accurately.
• Communicate safety risks and coordinate healthcare visits with nursing.
• Maintain inventory and organize office materials for staff use.
• Oversee therapeutic environment, promoting safety and resident well‑being.
• Support medication compliance by prompting residents to nursing for medications.
