Responsibilities

• Ensures client rounding and safety checks are completed per clinical criteria.
• Engages clients in therapeutic activities within milieu and group settings.
• Prompts clients to complete ADLs and maintains room hygiene checks.
• Monitors meal times, provides supervision and structure as needed.
• Adapts interactions based on mood changes and treatment progress.
• Documents services, incident and shift reports per policy.
