Pasadena Villa – The Grove is seeking PRN Behavioral Health Technicians for day and swing shifts at a residential psychiatric treatment center located between DC and Richmond in a serene suburban setting. Qualificações

• High School or equivalent required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong documentation and client interaction skills emphasized.
• Knowledge of DBT concepts and crisis intervention techniques a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with clinical team to determine interventions based on client needs.
• Engages clients in milieu, group activities, and therapeutic sessions.
• Documentation of services, incidents, shift and group notes per policy.
• Support medication management and client safety; assist with crisis de-escalation as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality; ensure a therapeutic environment.
