Job summary

Pasadena Villa- The Grove is seeking PRN Behavioral Health Technicians to support clients on day and swing shifts at our Locust Grove, VA facility. The role focuses on maintaining a therapeutic milieu, ensuring client safety, and documenting care within client records.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the clinical team, assisting with ADLs, supervising meals, and participating in group activities to promote recovery.

Qualifications

• Position requires High School or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required for transportation duties.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical team to determine appropriate interventions for clients.
• Engage clients in milieu activities and group settings throughout the shift.
• Assist with ADLs and supervise mealtime activities.
• Provide therapeutic environment and support during crises and de-escalation.
• Document services, incidents, and shift notes accurately and timely.
• Support client admissions, discharge planning, and transportation as needed.
