Qualificações

• High School or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral healthcare.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure client rounding and safety checks per clinical criteria.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities within the milieu and group settings.
• Assist with ADLs and maintain room hygiene checks.
• Supervise meals and provide structure at mealtimes.
• Document services, incident reports, and shift reports accurately.
• Coordinate healthcare visits with nursing and ensure timely access.
