Odyssey Behavioral Group is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians for part-time PRN shifts in Sevierville, TN. The role involves supporting clients’ functional needs, maintaining a therapeutic milieu, and documenting client records.

You will work with the clinical team to monitor safety and respond to changes in residents’ status. Position requires high school or equivalent, with 1 year of behavioral healthcare experience; CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure client rounding and safety checks according to clinical criteria.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities during shift.
• Prompt clients to complete ADLs and monitor hygiene and meals.
• Document services, incidents, and shift reports accurately.
• Coordinate healthcare visits with nursing staff.
