Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures client rounding and safety checks according to clinical criteria.
• Engages clients in therapeutic activities in the milieu and outside activities.
• Prompts clients to complete ADLs and meals, supervising as needed.
• Documents services, incident reports, shift reports in a timely, accurate manner.
• Coordinates healthcare visits with nursing and ensures timely access to medical services.
• Maintains office materials, inventory levels, and organized storage.
• Oversees the therapeutic environment to promote safety and well-being of residents.
• Adheres to policies and CPI safety and communicates risks proactively.
