Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks an experienced Physician to join our clinical team full-time in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will manage your own patient panel, deliver primary and episodic care, and build lasting relationships with residents and families.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice with 6-hour shifts, charting from home, and a productivity-based earnings model plus long-term incentives. You will have full benefits and modern EHR tools to support efficient care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Must be opted-in with Medicare.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–25 patients daily in skilled nursing settings.
• Perform annual wellness visits and H&Ps; manage chronic and co-morbid conditions.
• Respond to acute changes and coordinate with specialists and facility staff.
• Review medications and orders to ensure safe patient care.
• Join care conferences and maintain family communication for ongoing care.
