Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Physician to join our clinical team part-time (at least 3 days per week) in Tennessee. You will manage your own patient panel delivering primary and episodic care in skilled nursing facilities, with autonomy and continuity of care.

Expect 6-hour morning rounds (7–10 a.m.), no on-call or overnights, and charting from home. A productivity-based pay option and retention incentives up to $50,000 enhance income potential, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school is required.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics is required.
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program is required.
• Valid, unrestricted medical license in the operating state is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and episodic care in skilled nursing facilities.
• Manage a personal patient panel with continuity of care.
• Coordinate with facility staff and specialists for seamless care.
• Document care using integrated EHR and related tools.
