Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a PT degree (DPT or PT).
• Holds current license/registration in NC as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Develop treatment plans with short/long term goals and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
• Deliver treatments using appropriate modalities with safety precautions.
• Document daily progress, treatment updates, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and attend meetings as needed.
• Supervise staff or students and co-sign notes as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies.
