Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Portland, OR. You will perform skilled blood collections across age groups, collect specimens for various tests, and ensure accurate data entry and billing support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience as a phlebotomist.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test; strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system and process billing when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients and travel to additional sites when needed.
