Job summary

Labcorp in Eugene, OR is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our patient-centered team. You will perform blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques across all ages, while ensuring accuracy and compassionate service.

This role offers strong growth opportunities within Labcorp, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, overtime, and potential for advancement. You may travel to additional sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program preferred or 3 months+ experience as Phlebotomist.
• Able to pass color blindness test.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
