Job summary

Assisted Living Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our Connecticut home care team.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem roles with flexible scheduling across various shifts; weekend and evening availability is a plus. You will assist clients with ADLs, provide companionship, and support independence in their homes while receiving ongoing training and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNA, HHA or PCA preferred.
• Caregiving in home care settings preferred.
• Fluent English; bilingual ability a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic domestic services (meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping)
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Change bed linens as needed
• Support clients with daily activities and safety
• Provide a caring, positive presence
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations
