Elite Medical Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for flexible Per Diem opportunities in Canton, OH. The role involves picking up shifts at skilled nursing facilities with a focus on high-quality patient care and adaptability to new facilities.

Formación
- Active RN license in Ohio or Compact State.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Reliable transportation to assigned facilities.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Able to pass background and drug screening.
Responsabilidades
- Record patients’ medical information and vital signs in EMR.
- Assess health status and identify changes needing intervention.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician.
- Develop and evaluate individual care plans.
- Monitor outcomes and communicate with physicians and team.
- Perform nursing procedures within scope and facility guidelines.
- Document assessments and responses in medical records.
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members.
- Maintain compliance with policies, infection control, and regulations.
