Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for Skilled Nursing Facility opportunities in Alliance, OH. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling, $42/hour pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

We seek dependable nurses with SNF experience who can deliver high-quality patient care, work with EMR Matrix, and adapt quickly to new facilities. A reliable commute and consistent attendance are expected.

Formación

• Active RN license and SNF nursing experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo background and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Record patients' medical information and vital signs in EMR Matrix.
• Assess resident health status and identify changes requiring intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Monitor resident outcomes and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Perform skilled nursing procedures within facility guidelines.
• Document assessments, interventions, and resident responses in the medical record.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate concerns to onsite supervisor and agency.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Shift Availability: 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a

Responsibilities

• Utilize EMR Matrix to record patients' medical information and vital signs
• Assess resident health status and identify changes requiring clinical intervention
• Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Monitor resident outcomes and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Perform skilled nursing procedures within scope of practice and facility guidelines
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident responses in the medical record
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members as appropriate
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in skilled nursing
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Credentials Required

• Active and unencumbered OH RN License or Compact RN License
• Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport
• CPR/BLS
• Tuberculosis (TB) Test
• Flu Vaccine (during Flu season)
• Covid-19 Vaccine (religious/medical exemptions accepted)
• Resume
• Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
