Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for skilled nursing opportunities in Alliance, OH. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

Competenze

• Active LPN license (OH or Compact)
• 1+ year SNF experience
• Reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Willing to complete background and drug screening according to laws and regulations

Mansioni

• Record patients’ vital signs and medical information in EMR Matrix
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes to the clinical team
• Document health information accurately and maintain vital signs
• Provide direct nursing care including wound care within scope of practice
• Collaborate with CNAs and other staff to deliver quality care
