Responsibilities

• Use EMR to record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Assess resident health status and identify changes needing clinical intervention.
• Administer medications and other nursing interventions per physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Monitor resident outcomes and communicate changes to physicians and team.
