Benchmark Senior Living in Plymouth, MA seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care in a home-like setting. The role includes supervising RCAs, coordinating care, and ensuring resident well-being.

Per diem, flexible hours with a pay range of $39.50/hr – $43.50/hr. Must hold an RN license and CPR certification, with 1–2 years of experience preferred, and prior elderly care experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an RN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved RN program per state requirements.
• Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience; elderly care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents' status.
• Observes and reports significant changes in health to appropriate leaders.
• Directs and supervises daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and guides Lead RCAs in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with resident independence.
• Prevents elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and calls for backup when needed.
