Benchmark Senior Living in North Attleborough, MA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver nursing care to our residents in a warm, home-like environment. This per diem, flexible schedule role offers an hourly rate of $33.50 to $37.50 and the chance to build lasting relationships with residents and teammates.

Responsibilities include assessing and documenting residents’ health, coordinating care with providers, supervising aides, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduate of an approved RN program per state requirements.
• CPR certification required or current.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports significant changes in resident health to the care team and supervisor.
• Directs and supervises daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with resident independence and safety.
• Recognizes and reports elder abuse, neglect, or exploitation per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and activation of personal emergency response systems.

Education
